We’ve introduced Dog and Cat Rescue Cards. Inspired by one of our smart customers from MidAtlantic BullyBuddies, these Rescue Cards are great to give to your favorite rescue.
They come in a set of 24 “adopt me” cards and are printed on recycled cardstock. Lots of dog breeds to choose from and colors for the kittehs.

Pet+Pattern Rescue Cards
2012 Dog and Cat Calendars
The RiverDog Prints Team has been designing for hours to create its first calendars! ("Team" is really Cyn and I provide the moral support necessary to get the job done.)
Printed on recycled cardstock, the calendar is colorful, eco-friendly in its paper/printing/packaging and each 5x7.5" calendar page can be cut and then sent as a 5x5 card when the month is over.

Dog Plus Pattern :: New Breed Doberman
It has been awhile since we’ve added a new breed to our line, but wait no longer! Here is Mr. (or Ms.) Doberman, Dobie for short. He or she will be available in our store and Etsy shop soon. I’ll update this post when that happens!
Dog Plus Pattern :: New Breed Poodle
It’s another addition to the line of pups, the Poodle. She will be available (with a choice of poodle colors) in our store and Etsy shop soon. I’ll update this post when she is!
Dog Plus Pattern :: New Breed Yorkie
If you’re a Facebook Fan of ours, you’ve seen this little guy before. He’s the newest breed/pup in our dog+pattern line.
Right now, these patterned pups are available on To Do(g) Notepads in our store here and Etsy here. But we are working on card sets like this one pictured to the left. Each card will read Best Dog in the World for all our colorful dogs.
In the works, we have a Chow, Poodle, and a Sheltie, but we always want to hear what you might be looking for in a patterned breed. Comment below if you have a suggestion.
Don’t worry cat lovers! We’ll be adding all of the pretty kitties that are available on our Kitty Pads to note cards too. Stay tuned… and stay warm!

On occasion, I talk about the designs A-Dog is working on, but only when they have to do with my species. RiverDog Prints is starting a series of paper goods combining dog drawings and patterns. Of course, it started with the brown dog, but we’ve added red and yellow, and are currently working on a black dog and white dog.
We’ll be adding more drawings too. Gotta represent all the dogs, right?

New Digs
Well, sort of…
We gave the blog a new look and when I say “we,” I mean A-Dog. She’s still tweaking it a bit, but it’ll do for an introduction today.
Speaking (or writing) about introductions, I have a couple to make:
Tomorrow, we will have a guest blog author. Her name is Sasha and you should remember her as Troy’s human from this post. I’ll do a more formal intro tomorrow, so be sure to stop by to read and wonder at her great photography.
